• "Platform" means the bkko website accessible at bkko.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or sub-domains operated by bkko.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit credits credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an approved payment method and converted into Platform credits at a one-to-one ratio with Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the bkko platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.

6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the bkko platform or had a bkko account permanently suspended for breach of these Terms.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal incapacity.

bkko reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bkko may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Player's Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of bkko services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must first register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep all registration information current and to notify bkko promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one Account on the bkko platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where bkko identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bkko immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

KYC Verification: bkko may at any time require you to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bkko processes all KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bkko platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkko does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.

Accepted Payment Methods: bkko currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The cashier page within your Account will always display the currently available options.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bkko Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bkko does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bkko does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard withdrawals.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bkko reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Bonus Fund Withdrawals: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only Real-Money Funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bkko offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified bkko Account unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states that repeat participation is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The standard wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in that offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• bkko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonuses — including through collusion, exploitation of software errors, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

7 Betting Rules

The bkko sportsbook covers a broad range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other events. The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; if odds change before confirmation, the Player will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the revised odds.
• A bet is deemed "placed" only when the Player has received a bet confirmation reference number on-screen. bkko is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• In-play (live) bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform's trading system. Bets placed after a material event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored) that has not yet been reflected in the live odds feed may be voided at bkko's discretion.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. The maximum single bet stake and maximum payout per event are displayed in the bet slip and subject to periodic revision by bkko.
• bkko reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including where an incorrect price was displayed due to a system malfunction or data feed error.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, and any form of corrupt betting are strictly prohibited. bkko cooperates with integrity bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit on all reports of suspicious betting activity.

8 Casino Games

Available Self-Management Tools: All of the following tools are available free of charge to every registered bkko Player, directly from the Account settings panel without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount of Real-Money Funds that can be deposited into the Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will display a notification and offer the option to close the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, logins are blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bkko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.
• The Player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• The Player has placed bets designed to circumvent the Platform's wagering requirements or to exploit an arbitrage opportunity created by a pricing error.
• bkko is required to close the Account by applicable law, a regulatory authority, a court order, or a law enforcement agency.
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at bkko staff or other players.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bkko reserves the right to withhold any Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity took place, any legitimate Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited in all cases of account closure for breach.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily for any reason may do so by contacting [email protected]. A voluntarily closed account with a positive Real-Money Balance will have that balance returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, text, databases, trademarks, logos, and other materials published on the bkko platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bkko or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bkko.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the bkko name, logo, or brand elements in any marketing, promotional, or commercial material without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkko's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkko shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, cyberattacks, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks outside bkko's direct control.
• Errors or omissions in information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms, where such errors are corrected by bkko within a reasonable time upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bkko's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bkko collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bkko collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and identity verification; payment processing and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance including anti-money laundering obligations; customer support; and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications regarding promotions and new games.

bkko uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible to bkko staff in plaintext form.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bkko with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
